History
Established in 2014.
I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate from Yoga 6, with the express intention of bringing the peace and ease I found from my depression, anxiety, PTSD as well as addiction. I feel that finding our way into living in the moment is achieved in yoga. I love teaching, I also teach guitar privately as well as teach yoga privately but I really wanted to hold the space for those of us that are not typical Southern California yoga hotties, but extremely human beings that greatly benefit from a well planned asana in a welcome and knowledgeable environment.
