I’ve been on a regular schedule with Heather since April 2012 and if she ever decides go elsewhere, I’ll have to go too!
My first appointment with her was for a permanent makeup consultation — eyebrows, eyeliner and a teeny bit of lip outline (since mine were nonexistent). She took her time with me, asked a lot of questions to determine exactly what I wanted (very natural brows, thinnest line for eyeliner and something to make my lips look like they weren’t the same color as the rest of my face). I felt very comfortable with Heather immediately, she is very easy to talk to and explains everything in layman’s terms. To make a very long story short, I was thrilled with her artistry and precision and have continued to see her regularly for treatment of sun damaged skin from my younger days. She analyzes my skin each time I visit and customizes her treatment based on what my skin needs. The difference has been remarkable and I get compliments, which NEVER used to happen!
I’m grateful to have found Heather and I would recommend her to family and closest friends which is the highest recommendation I could give anyone!

I just returned from my final appointment with Heather for permanent make up. I got brows, eyeliner top and bottom, and lips. I was a little intimidated to take this plunge, but I am so happy I did. Heather made the procedures comfortable, and I felt completely confident through the entire process. I have been considering doing this for a very long time, and I’m only sorry I waited so long. The results are natural and exactly as I wanted. Heather is so professional, but at the same time you can tell she really cares about you and wants you to be completely happy.

Heather is a genius. She should’ve named her business Genius Skin Spa!
Kidding aside though — she has changed my life for the better. About a year ago I started breaking out and after months of trying everything and anything the internet had to offer (and even a couple of disappointing visits to a dermatologist) I mentioned my woes to my nail girl (shout out to Sarah Mills!); she gave me Heather’s card and told me she could help.
Due to my super sensitive skin to benzoyl peroxide and (at the time outdoor job) she had to take a very slow approach with the Dadashie Acne treatments. It was very slow moving and at times I felt like my case was hopeless — but Heather never gave up on me or my skin thank goodness! She was willing to consult with others and do additional research for advice if we couldn’t get results. I was going in every two weeks for probably over 6 months but we’ve had really good results and have finally cut back to every 4 weeks now. I want to be clear that instead of just throwing products at me or prescriptions like a regular dermatologist would do, Heather HEALED my skin from the inside out. She «re-​trained» it on how to properly behave!
Heather is always there for me and my panicky moments! She kept me super informed on possible reactions I might have to different treatments we threw in along the way and has always genuinely cared for my skin’s progress.
I can’t say enough good things about her; she is so educated, sweet, funny, and just a lifesaver. She’s given me my confidence back and although most of our treatments were never ‘fun’ (I had to tell my husband how NOT fun they were so he wouldn’t think I was just sneaking off to be pampered so often) I always looked forward to seeing her and letting her work her magic. The best part is she’s «cured» my skin and I didn’t have to go on any harsh topical or oral dermatology prescriptions.
I was also excited to learn about her many other services and offerings and will probably ask for more help in other areas as I continue on my happy skin journey with Heather! I love this girl — thank you Heather — you are a rockstar!

Heather is AMAZING! She did permanent make-​up on my eyebrows and eyes (eyelash enhancement) few years back and I couldn’t be more happier with the way I look! It feels incredible to know that you always look good, even when you are sick or when you wake up in the morning. My permanent make up looks so natural that nobody can detect it but at the same time everybody asks me «how can to look so good if you just got out of the pool/​shower/​bed?». And the best thing is that you never need to use regular make-​up and then wash it off before bedtime! Heather is such a perfectionist! She can’t settle on just «ok» look, it always has to be «perfect» and this is what I love about her! She uses the best inks that don’t change color. And she has so much experience in permanent makeup that I wouldn’t let my mom go anywhere else except her. My mom wants to get a permanent eyeliner and I can’t wait to bring her to Heather!

Heather is a fantastic skin care professional. Her knowledge and years of experience are obvious the minute you meet her. I have trusted her with my treatments for 3 years now and as a woman over 50, I have a complexion I am thrilled with. Her knowledge of chemical peels and her micro current treatments have helped me feel great and I can’t recommend her enough. Heather is worth EVERY penny. Try her!

When I first spoke to Heather on the phone I new she was the right person for me. I was referred to her by my Dr for an areola tattoo, Ive had my 2^nd session done n she has done an amazing job. she was also camoflauging my scars. I have another session to go n I should be done… Heather is a very compassionate n caring person… I feel like I’ ve known her for yrs. n she is such a friendly person. I drive over 80 miles to see her n its worth every minute of my time.

I have been seeing Heather for about two years now. Let me just say that I am proud to say I look better than ever. After suffering from acne for so many years and jumping around to see different people and trying out different products, it is the first time I feel beautiful. The products she uses are top of the line and that is obvious by the look of my skin now versus how it was before I came to see her. Heather is always so kind and thoughtful, and there is no doubt that she only wants the best for myself and every other client. I wouldn’t trust any other person to touch my skin.
Heather also does excellent permanent makeup. Judging by the before and after photos, all of her work looks perfectly natural.

Ive been in the beauty industry for 15 years now and have had many facials and thought i had the best of the best until i came across Heather. She was reffered by a friend and all i can say is she is AMAZING!!! She took time to analyse my skin to customize my facial. She custom blended my masks and her extractions were awesome! Heather is awesome! She has the gentlest touch. I have sensitive skin and she made sure my skin did not overact after the facial and waxing. Her service is very personable and detailed. Love her products too!

I’ve been seeing Heather for a little over a year. Honestly, my skin looks better now — firmer, brighter and more even skin tone, and fewer imperfections — than it did 5 years ago. She’s always friendly and personable, and the spa is a nice, relaxing place for procedures that are sometimes not so fun (hello chemical peels!).
She also does my waxing and makes it about as comfortable as ripping hair out by the root from your nether-​regions can be.
Pricing is reasonable, even a bargain, for the level of service she provides.

I love to get facials for the upkeep, since the key is going on a regular basis (your skin will thank you, and thank Heather!)
Heather’s studio is extremely comfortable and relaxing. She is gentle, and very informative. Her attention to detail always leaves my skin with the best results, and her advice has always kept my skin top notch. I love how extremely thorough she is. What I love the most is that she is awesome at extractions, but I prefer that! I want that stuff out!
You’ll be pampered and relaxed while lying on a comfy treatment bed under a cozy blanket with soothing music playing in the background. All this plus she is a total sweetheart!
Heather offers an array of services — from waxing, permanent makeup, facials, the the more «clinical» skin care services, and non-​surgical face lifts. I’ve sent a couple of my clients to her for permanent makeup as well (eyebrows, and eyelash enhancements) and they’ve all been so happy with their natural results!
I am so confident in Heather’s work that just recently, I did get Heather to do my permanent makeup for my mother’s brows. Heather does hairstroke brows using all the different tools — machines, microblading, soft tap, etc. My mother loves the results and they look absolutely beautiful and natural. :)

I was totally pampered with a facial yesterday from Heather. The Salon is modern, elegant, and the individual private treatment studios are a must see! Heather’s talent and knowledge are top notch and her product line is also of the highest quality! Thank you for making me glow!

My sister-​in-​law and mom both see Heather at Genesis Skin Spa and recommended I see her as well. After traveling to Central America I came back with acne breakouts like I’d never had before. Heather has the knowledge, skill, and ability like no other Esthetician I’ve ever been to. What’s funny is I am a licensed Esthetician in the state of Minnesota (just moved to CA!) and tried to manage the breakouts myself, to no avail.
