I’ve had two routine annual checkups with Dr. Floyd. I had no issues with Dr. Floyd’s office staff — it’s easy to make an appointment and they were friendly. The office itself isn’t fancy, but it’s fine. I’m not qualified to judge her competency, but I have no reason to doubt that she knows her stuff.
My complaint about her is that she just isn’t very friendly. She’s kind of a sourpuss who likes to complain about stuff. After my first appointment, I figured I had caught her on a bad day. After the second time and a similar experience, I’ve decided that she’s just a negative person. If she were the only choice in town, I would go back without hesitation. But there are so many other choices. .. why not switch? I’ll find someone else for my next checkup.
