Established in 2010.

As an event planner for many years, I worked with many business owners to create custom events designed as a means to say «Thank You» and to maintain customer loyalty. It required me to stay connected with a variety of venue managers, vendors, support team, my business owner, and their clients. For this I used the internet, email, and social media as tools to communicate, contract, and stay connected. When the economy changed and business owners had to find new less expensive ways to reach their customer base, I was already a skilled social media user and it was an easy move for them to ask me to manage and create the new online «party» where they could reach out and listen to customers. The media was free but the creation of content, staying in touch and being relevant while managing all the other aspects of running a business became a task that many small business owners needed help in understanding and handling.
