Codependency: — This dis-​ease is an addiction. The pathway to recovery can be facilitated by a specialist. I have worked in this field for over 30 years and have enjoyed helping my clients create a strong sense of self, self-​esteem and more of what they want in their lives. The best way to lessen the obsession with another is to create an exciting relationship to oneself.

Dating: — If you are interested in changing your style of dating, there’s hope. Many women/​men have untreated issues which prevent them from successful dating. I have helped many change by treating codependency, self esteem & abandonment issues.

Compassionate Communication: — One can feel entitled to use hurtful language with a partner once one feels hurt by them. It can be hard for each to break the cycle, but if both parties are open to learning healthy communication, it can surely be taught and practiced. It doesn’t erase the hurt, but you can forgive, let go and co-​create a more loving connection.

Established in 1980.

I have been practicing psychotherapy for well over 25 years, not only in private practice but also as an associate at the clinics of two famous radio psychologists — Dr. Toni Grant & Dr. Susan Forward who specialized in Female Psychology and Codependency Recovery. Later, I was the principal group leader at Mira Mar Scripps, Psychology Associates which was the John Bradshaw Treatment Center of San Diego.
