Our tutoring services are different from other companies. First, we are a locally owned and operated business. Our business has been operating in the North County since 1995. The owner, Cindy Fox, has over 35 years of experience in both the public and private education sector. She was a public school classroom teacher and teacher trainer for almost 10 years before leaving the public school sector for private teaching opportunities. The proud parent of five children; teaching, education, students and her family are the fundamental elements of her life.

Cindy graduated with highest honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona in 1979. Go Wildcats! She has been teaching and raising a family since then. First working in the Sunnyside School District in Tucson for almost 9 years as an Elementary and Middle school teacher, teacher of the Gifted and Talented and Writing Program Teacher Trainer. After just a year in Tucson Unified School District as a teacher of the Gifted and Talented, she left the public school system to raise her children and worked as a tutor. After several years as a tutor for a local Tucson tutoring company, she started her own tutoring company, Saguaro Student Services. After just a year and a half of being in business, she moved with her family to the North County San Diego area to settle her family and start her current tutoring service, Answers, Plus!
