I purchased three products via this vendor’s website: 1) «Pyramid» Tungsten Carbide Magnetic Bracelet — After a few days of wearing it, without ever taking it off, the clasp came loose unexpectedly. The bracelet quietly and smoothly slid off my wrist and onto a carpeted floor and so I didn’t immediately realize what had happened. Fortunately, I found it soon afterwards. (This reminded me of a bad experience I had with another seller’s bracelet, where the latch repeatedly kept coming loose, until the tungsten carbide bracelet actually broke.) I immediately contacted AceMagnetics via their website, informing them of my intention to return the merchandise. They never communicated back to me but instead refunded the full amount charged to my credit card — for this bracelet only. 2) Classic Gold Ball Stainless Steel Cable w/3800 Gauss Magnets — Although I followed the tips at the website regarding sizing, the bracelet felt too loose for me(although it may have been«comfortable» to others). I returned it along with the«Pyramid» bracelet. But never received a refund for this. 3) Titanium Ring«Screw Design» w/Three 2000 Gauss Magnets — It’s a little too plain for my tastes, but I guess the magnets would be the main attraction for most. It fit okay and so I kept it, but I don’t currently wear it. I may wear it or give it away some day — but for now, I have far more attractive rings I prefer. When I sent the two products back(the«Pyramid» and Cable bracelets), I gave the vendor the tracking number and tracked the package myself to ensure that they received them back. They did. But still no communication from them, even though I requested a refund, or explanation of why not, for the Cable bracelet. The products aren’t bad, but I was, and still am, disappointed with their lack of communication/feedback. I gave them 3 stars anyway.

The power of the magnet of the bracelet I bought from them did nothing for helping me of carpal tunnel pain in the wrist. One of the stones fell out after wearing this bracelet for only 3 days. Customer service refunded my money via email.
