They basically treated me like a criminal. I felt like I was being watched the instant I walked in. Scrutinized my money and my ID. I felt dirty here just buying a six pack. Go to Paul’s Pit Stop right around the corner. They have better prices and treat you like a customer, not a felon.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the wine she suggested.

I bought couple bottles of wine from Village Liquors recently. One had turned. So I tried to return the bottle for a different — NOT vinegar — bottle. The woman working informed me it was illegal to return /exchange any merchandise. She told me «too bad, there is nothing I can do.» I went to two other liquor stores to find out if this was true. NO – it is a LIE! All liquor stores can return /exchange a bad product. I went back to Village liquors and told the girl she was mistaken. She said: «sorry can’t help you, my boss will NOT allow us to return /exchange any product.» Village liquor prices are higher than any other local store. And the owner of the store does NOT stand behind his products! If you need anything DONOT shop at Village Liquors — go to Paul’s Pit Stop — the prices are better and the owner a decent businessman. He offered to exchange the bad bottle I bought at Village Liquors!
