Waterfalls Catered Affairs

I don’t think I can write enough to disagree with the previous review on this venue. Everything about this place is terrible…
1) The service is slow and disorganized. From the first table to the last it took 45 minutes to get everybody served… There were only 12 tables!
2). The staff is rude an uneducated. I asked for glass of water from the bar and was told «we don’t serve water… Ask your waitress». Also the apparently own only one corkscrew. They couldn’t open any wine because they couldn’t find the person with the corkscrew?!! Laughable…
3). Good on par with a fine dining establishment??? Dry sirloin smothered in A1… Yeah… That’s fine dining. Also, how do you even fine acceptable that you wheel all the food into the buffet and plate from there out to the tables?!
4) we had a plate of bread on the table which was removed before dinner. I asked for some more bread and was given a response of «we remove it before dinner… I’ll have to see if we still have it? Where did it go?
This has got to be the worst run and organized venue I’ve ever been to. How can you justify the prices you charge?
** UPDATE — In response to Angie’s review… You claim you spoke with the bride… which bride? I never stated when I was there or which event I attended. I think Angie is the owner or internal management.
