It’s not too often I write reviews, nor receive above and beyond service. Just want to give a shoutout to Tyler for being an awesome employee, for showing great tenacity, and friendly/jubilant dedication to his job! I was highly satisfied with our service and will gladly come back!

The food is Taco Bell. Pretty consistent. The person taking my order could use some improving. An older woman who either couldn’t hear me or simply didn’t understand me. Anyway, after repeating myself about 5 times and even getting the attention of the crew in the back, she finally got my order right. The Crunch Supreme was okay. We’ve had a couple now and think we’ll ask them to hold the nacho sauce and just use the shredded cheddar. Not a fan of the little Cinnabon balls. Glad I only got the two pack. The 1 $ breakfast burrito with fiesta potatoes was not a good choice. Still, for a couple of bucks you get some real stick to your ribs food and you’re on your way!

This is the best Taco Bell ever due to one reason only: Tyler the cashier who works nights is the nicest guy ever and super enthusiastic about giving you the most delicious meal possible. Every time I go he suggests some customization or special upgrade and delivers it with humor and awesome service. Thanks Tyler!

Okay it’s a Taco Bell, but it’s honestly the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff is hella chill(especially Tyler!) and always makes the food just right. That’s what’s up.

This is the only Taco Bell I go to. Tyler and staff are very friendly but most importantly they care about the quality of the food. Everything we order is freshly made and so delicious! They also make sure to keep the restaurant and kitchen clean which is important to me. Hands down my favorite Taco Bell.

Just knew there was gonna be a problem when i heard the lady attempt to speak English. I didn’t receive all the food i ordered. The tacos were soggy. Didn’t receive any utensils. How am i supposed to eat a smothered burrito without a fork? This place sucks

Tyler and William are the best team I’ve had when visiting a Taco Bell. Tyler really helped make sure we got exactly what we wanted and helped us explore Taco Bell’s awesome menu. Best Taco Bell customer service experience I’ve ever had! Tyler’s approach was simple, give us the best experience we could have and we would become customers for life. And you know what? I don’t think I’ll be going to any other Taco Bell in the East Bay. This is my go to Taco Bell in a five mile radius. William’s taco crafting skills are second to none. I’d never seen such a perfectly wrapped Shredded Chicken Burrito or Beefy Five Layer. Nothing less than perfectly layered and folded burritos. It was like origami! The distribution of ingredients was fantastic too. Every bite had the perfect balance of avocado spread, rice and chicken. Super team, super food, super experience.

It’s Taco Bell. They always have the restrooms out of service. No place to wash your hands if you need to. They don’t offer any hand sanitizer either. Dirty!

Call this fast food? This place is understaffed and leaves me wondering how hard it can be to make a «taco» and burrito. The register was left unattended while customers waited hungrily and somehow even with the cashier helping in back it took a painful amount of time to prepare the orders. Going elsewhere next time I want food poisoning.

After living in SF, it was so nice to find a normal Taco Bell that wasn’t tiny, overpriced, or lacking the complete menu. Everything tasted great and the staff was super friendly.

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food places(unless the service/food was so horrible that I want to warn people). However, I’ve been meaning to write a good review for these guys for a while… This specific store is always **impeccably** clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I would have to rate this place as my #1 fast food experience :-) Kudos to the owner, managers and staff! You guys rock!

I didn’t get diarrhea or anything but it was seriously horrible food and service. My main problem with this place is the fact that I am seriously beginning to think their staff is legally retarded. I asked for a bean and cheese burrito with FIRE sauce… and I get MILD… and then they ask me to wait as they are just now cooking the potatoes??? … So 15 minutes later I FINALLY get my order… and they made me a potatoe and egg burrito! Last I checked it doesn’t take 15 minutes to cook potatoes much less make a burrito

This Taco Bell is amazing. I never realized that a Taco Bell — or really any restaurant — could even be this awesome. My housemates & I refer to it as «the best Taco Bell in the world» and we’re not even joking. We usually go there at least once a week and it’s always great. The staff is super-sweet, funny, and chill, and they create good vibes that make the customers chill too. One time, after I placed my order, the manager told me that my happiness is important to the world. I’m not even kidding. Another time when I was waiting for my food, another customer and I sang along to the radio together. I’m not even that kind of person — I’m generally pretty introverted. But the Emeryville Taco Bell just makes good things possible. The store is always clean and the food always arrives quickly. I’ve gotten hooked up with free items a few times, which is really nice. Today another customer accidentally took my order, so the staff remade mine and added in a free taco — they even remembered that I’m veggie & made the extra taco meat-free for me. It was so sweet! This Taco Bell is everything that a restaurant, any restaurant, should be. The staff does an awesome job handling all kinds of people with patience, kindness, and humor, and at the same time running a high-volume restaurant with incredible efficiency. Thanks you guys! You’re the best!

Food was typical taco-bell food. Everyone was really friendly, but for a fast food place– they took forever to make the food. We waited like 15 minutes for two Doritos tacos. Not really worth my time.
