Very pleased with our experience with Arlinghaus! We had previously used a different company; had to get our A/​C serviced again. After not getting my phone call returned from the other company, I called Arlinghaus based on the reviews from Unilocal.Happy I did. Brian N. was very nice, professional, and most importantly got our A/​C to work! Got a call before he came which was in a very timely manner. Really appreciated him going over prices and what he recommended for us in the future. Customer service when I initially called was also great!

We had a simple cleaning and servicing of our AC and Furnace. Arlinghaus was out within a few days and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and friendly tech. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Pat was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough in his annual service check in. He found and fixed issues that would have caused problems down the road and was able to answer questions and suggest solutions. I had been frustrated about a scheduling snafu that caused me to miss a day of work for no reason, but the scheduler accepted responsibility and rescheduled us as soon as she could. Now having Pat here, my trust in Arlinghaus professionalism and customer care is restored.

I have used Arlinghaus for maintaining our HVAC system for the past several years. They are always very professional and on-​time. On this particular visit, Ryan completely took apart the outdoor unit, cleaned it thoroughly, and put it back together. I was very pleased with the work, and will continue to use Arlinghaus for my HVAC needs.

I would have to agree with all the positive feedback here at Unilocal.Their service was the most thorough, honest, and saved me a few thousand dollars when another company wanted me to replace my A/​C unit. Pat B was great and very knowledgeable at what he does, and it shows he loves what he does. RC was also very thorough and very helpful when we were shopping for the best price for A/​C units, but since we don’t need an actual replacement at this time we’ll just have to use them when the time comes. I look forward to our ongoing home needs through Arlinghaus and stopped our yearly service with the other company.

I have been using Arlinghaus Heating and Air for several years at both my personal home property as well as my rental property. They have always provided exceptional service. They are thorough, prompt and courteous. I signed up for their service contract which has come in handy on more than one occasion. I also used Arlinhaus to replace an air conditioner and install a heat pump. They explained the unit to me in detail and gave me a great price. I will continue to use Arlinhaus in the future.

Arlinghaus did a fantastic job on our home. We needed two new complete units as the existing ones were 41 years old. We took their recommendation on getting hybrid units to save on the utility bills and we have had even comfortable heat in all areas of the house even when it was 10 below outside. Our first utility bill was a pleasant surprise especially given the size of our home and the extreme weather. With such a large job it took longer than expected and the installers worked long hours on the weekend to finish the job always in a good mood and eager to answer questions. I would highly recommend them!

First time I’ve used this company. Tech was pleasant, arrived on time, was careful about closing doors promptly so my cats didn’t investigate outdoors or my studio. Identified a water leak in the basement (oh, joy), did a thorough job, answered questions, charged me a reasonable amount. Happy.

I have used Arlinghaus the past 3 years after using a competitor and they are far and away the best in the tri-​state. Brian Arlinghaus and his team do amazing work and stand behind everything they do, from guaranteeing their work all the way doing to wearing foodies over their shoes before they enter the home!
I had a tech over to fix a problem tonight, Jake, and he was caught up at another job so he took the time to call and first apologize and then gave me an accurate estimate of his eta, and asked if that would be alright with me. Who does that? That is how all businesses should operate. Also, to point to the one poor reviewer on Unilocal,the reason the tech is late is because they are so good at what they do that they are in high demand not only for their quality of work, but their integrity to not up and leave a job unfinished or lacking in the best in class quality just to fit a time frame.
Again, awesome job and have and would again recommend to my friends, neighbors and clients!

I chose Arlinghaus and Trane for my new heating and AC unit installed in March. So far I’m on my 2^nd malfunction with parts needing to be ordered. This time I’ve been without AC for 4 days, was told they would arrive this morning and still waiting at 11:00am. They told me the technician was doing an install and would be here when finished. So, if you want service don’t choose Arlinghaus. All this with a 5 month old system.
