At first this grooming service was very great, but it turns out it wasn’t all that it’s built out to be. Vanessa is very bad at communicating and will avoid calls/​texts. I understand my dogs can be a hassle to bathe, but she could just admit she does not want to deal with my dogs anymore.
She ended up taking my neighbors dog even though she told us she was on vacation. Sure… It’s pretty sad she cannot handle what she’s supposed to be an expert at. Being evasive is not professional at all. Putting off my dogs appointments will not work for me. I also had recommended many of my friends/​family to go to her, but not any more. Will not go back or recommend her to anyone ever!
