I went here for my daughter’s first haircut. My sister in law goes here so she wanted my daughter to have the salon experience. It was a nice girly place. I was under the impression that we had an appointment but it took them almost an hour to take care of my child. The girl who cut my daughters hair looked a bit confused on how to execute my four year old’s haircut which led me to believe that although they were nice it wasn’t a kid friendly place. The girl did a good job on my daughters hair but it was a straightforward haircut. When we got home we noticed she still had a long strand that wasn’t even. I guess for the area that’s a nice place but I’m sure I can find equally good salons in Chicago without having to drive all the way to Elmwood park.

Coco Beauty Lounge in Elmwood Park is the best place for cut, color, extensions and just a great blowout! Linzi is the owner and main stylist at Coco Beauty Lounge. She makes great recommendations and can do whatever you want to make yourself look and feel spectacular. Go See COCO

Conveniently located and affordable. Maggie is the best! I have been going to her exclusively for years. I am always pleased with how my hair looks and never unhappy with the compliments I get. For an affordable and awesome hair experience, make sure you check this place out. :)

Coco beauty lounge is a very nice, cozy and professional salon. Maggie does excellent highlights and cuts. She’s my favorite stylist and not only because she has a cool name (mine too) but because I always leave her chair happy with her work and satisfied that I didn’t have to spend a fortune on it. Professional results with out the snooty attitude or price.
