ADL Construction Group

Very unprofessional. I can’t attest to quality of work, but the professionalism is horrible. My neighbor is having their driveway done by this company and rather than get a dumpster, the company dumped all the construction debris on my property – which is across the street! There are two houses on my property, one of which is under construction and the owner of the company thought it would be okay to dump everything on that house’s driveway since there was no work being done on the house that day. I saw this taking place and immediately walked over to complain. Owner was very apologetic and said they will pick it up as soon as their truck is available. I left to run errands and when I came back they rest of the driveway was filled! With garbage, hot asphalt, more debris and a bobcat on top of all that. As I’m walking towards the workers that are packing up, they all start getting in their truck. So I run over and tell them they have to pick this crap up. None of them spoke English and just said call Boss. I call the boss who is once again apologetic. And says he didn’t want to leave the weight on his truck overnight (as if that’s my problem) and he would pick it up first thing in the morning. At 3 pm –PM! following day, I call the owner angry, saying that isn’t right and that I should have called the police yesterday. He says I’ll have it picked up right now. I see his workers get into the bobcat and remove half of the driveway debris and in the process drop a lot of asphalt on both sides of the lawn. I guess he felt like that can stretch his excuses to tomorrow because now it 4:15 the rest of the pile is still there and it looks like I’m going to have to call the police. This is a nightmare company.
Ps– my neighbors are angels and didn’t know he was going to do this and has told him to remove it as well. I’m sure he’s telling them that he is working it out with me.

Reis was very professional and I would recommend him. My driveway looks 100% better.

I have had a terrible experience with ADL and its director, Adeilson Reis. My driveway was done using asphalt that did not harden correctly, so that anyone turning in the driveway left gouges. Mr. Reis admitted that the asphalt was a problem, and promised to redo the area where cars turn. Over and over again this past summer, dates for the repair were set, but nothing was done. After I complained, I never heard from Mr. Reis or anyone else at ADL again. I have issued a formal complaint with Service Magic, which was the website that led me to ADL in the first place.
