We do a complete Home Inspection from the foundation to the Roof. We do inspections of all accessible areas of the house. We look at the exterior for the exterior drainage to help ensure this does not impinge on the function of the house.

We are licensed through New York State, License # 16 000 006 370.

We are also a HUD 203K Consultant P1298.

History

Established in 2001.

We started the Home Inspection Business in 2001. In 2007, the name of the Business was changed to Rep Home Sales & Services. We are a full service Real Estate Company with different services. Home Inspections are a part of the services. We expanded into a Property Management Company. Then we started to list and sell Real Estate.

I have worked around the business of construction for over 30 years. I have done Building Inspection for over 17 years. I have a 2 year degree (AOS) in Fire Science. I studied how buildings are built and function. I have studied building in one aspect or another for the past 17 years.

I am a Licensed Home Inspector #16 000 006 370. I am also a Licensed NYS Real Estate Broker.
