My name is Hank Fuller, CPL and I am a second generation locksmith with over 18 years’ experience in the locksmithing industry. I was part-​owner of Bill’s Locksmithing in Elmira, New York for 17 ½ years and I am currently employed at Elmira College as a full-​time locksmith. I am fully insured and bonded. History

Established in 2011.

My name is Hank Fuller, CPL and I unknowingly started my locksmith career when I was about 15 years old. I used to help my father, Bill Fuller, at his shop at 224 North Main Street Horseheads, NY. Most of the time I would only be allowed to hand him tools or clean the shop. Once in a while however, he would let me duplicate a key or take a lock off of a door. Earlier I said I unknowingly started my locksmith career when I was 15 because, at the time, I didn’t think that was what I wanted to do for a living. Then in 1993, about 15 years later, my fathers health kept him from continuing the business. At that time three of my brothers and I took over the business and I have been a locksmith ever since.

I was part-​owner of Bill’s Locksmithing from 1993 until 2011.

I received my Professional Locksmithing diploma from the Locksmithing Institute January 6, 1995.

I became a member of the Associated Locksmiths of America in 2002.
