The sales associate like some mentioned in previous review are too overly happy. One staff member was rude making racial comments that wasn’t needed. I live nearby queens center mall so my family goes almost every weekend to the Victoria’s secret pink. Although there was one staff member being vulgar with her comments, pointing and laughing at people’s face shouldn’t be the companies goals.
With that said I notice a few positives about the store as well. Very organized, there’s other staff members who made the experience better. They kept the underwear and yoga pants organized. Even the fitting room was good experience. Overall I would recommend this to a friend.

I love this pink store. They have a great selection and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! However, they can be a bit overly friendly. The sales associates will sort of follow you and ask you if you need anything with each item you pick up. If you know what you want and ask them for it, this is a big help. But for those who are just browsing, this can be a bit annoying.

I give this store 5 stars because i dont think that i love any other store as much as i love the Pink store. This store is fun, colorful and always has new designs and clothes out on display. The customer service so far has been friendly and helpful which is rare for queens or any other borough in nyc (my personal opinion). Im a major fan of the pink store and admire this line much more than the ordinary VS. If you love animal prints and bright colors then this is the store for you. Although it can be a bit pricey, if you join pink nation then you will get monthly coupons and free deals on bras d underwears.

I like the fact that the Pink line has split into a separate store, into its own identity separate from other VS lines. I like the Pink line a lot more than the rest of Victoria’s Secret. It’s more colorful and fun. I mean, who looks at your underwear the most? You! (Unless you’re lazy and someone else washes them or you’re dating) I mean, would you rather wear a sleek boring black panties, or a white one with colorful scribbles on it? Does it really matter? Anyways, I digress.
This cute little Pink shop still have the friendly helpful staff that comes with VS and everyone was so helpful to me enough though I was only there to claim a free panty coupon I got in the mail. Their currently new line isn’t as catchy as their previous lines. I hope better designs come out soon.
