The Disney Store

If it was possible to give this no stars, I would. I come in here to put smiles on my children’s faces and walk out completely unhappy with the way security has acted. Since the moment we walked in I was followed through out every bit of the store I walked. For what reason I don’t know. Does it ever occur to security if you see a parent with two little children she isn’t going to shoplift maybe she is a paranoid parent who walks the store looking to see that her kids won’t break anything. Not everyone is a thief. Even after I made the purchase I waited to show him that the items I had picked up were paid for. Never again would I come back to this store for a experience like this.

Quaint sized location within the Queens Center Mall.
Came here on two occasions (including once for a return/​exchange) and was happy with my experience both times.
The customer service here is very good — my second visit involved an exchange for one size up. Though they did not have what I needed in store, both associates I dealt with helped in ordering an item online that ships free to my home due to the fact that they did not have it in stock at the location store.
And, they wish you a «magical» day and seem genuinely happy to do so — so cute! Really pleasant experience.

The customer service is horrible here. I bought a toy from here for $ 22 which I decided to return. Since there was no parking I stayed outside while my daughter went inside with the receipt to return. Even though the original receipt was there they gave her store credit saying that since she is not over 18 she has to bring her mom. I thought that was very odd. But I let it go and thought I will go to the store with the original receipt and the store credit and they will give me my cash back. But when I went there and showed them the receipt the girls at the counter called the manager. The manager was very rude she refused to help me in any way while accepting that they were at fault. she said she cant do anything about it even though it was a mistake on their part. and guess what she said «you are stuck with it and you have to buy something from the store». I couldn’t believe it… she was very rude and obnoxious her name is MJ… she woulnt tell me her full name. The person who did the transaction was valerie z.
I have never seen such unprofessional attitude. I buy a lot for Disney store but i’m sure as hell that was my last purchase.

Hübscher kleiner Disney Store in dem man von Kaffeetassen über Kostüme bis hin zu Schlüsselanhängern und Plüschtieren alles von seinem Lieblings-​Charakter bekommt.

Rather small location but it does the job. They have pretty much plush from all movies, but never at the same time. It’s like a wave of movies at once. Stuff isn’t on sale a lot but they always have nice promotions that help you save some money. They don’t really do coupons there so you’re lucky if you ever get one, I should know because I worked here for a year. They have a decent movie collection but they aren’t on display so you need to ask a «cast member».
Don’t blame them for long lines or lack of service on the floor, they’re always low on hours/​man power. You can order stuff in the store to ship to your house (free standard shipping) and you can pay there! Friendly staff and they have fun and educational events for the children daily around 2pm. Sometimes they have 2 – 4 events on Saturdays. (I used to be the one who did them and in charge of it). Hope this helps!
OH, and I forgot to mention. They always have new movie toys and clothes/​pjs and accessories before the movie even releases!

While they don’t stock Disney music boxes anymore, they at least checked the inventory and gave us a free shipping coupon.
The staff was busy but there were a lot of them. Cute nicknames on their tags. Lots of Flight and Frozen gear upfront, but you could find the more classic Mickey’s, etc. in the back. If you have a stroller, though, beware, this store is far too crowded to go far.

Fun and helpful staff. One girl was in an intense convo with my 4 year old niece about Monsters Inc. It was very cute.
There’s a kids size princess castle with a mini screen inside, showing snippets from Disney movies. There’s also another section where kids can sit down at a table and color while watching a Disney movie on a large projected screen.
My niece was in total heaven.

This store is a kids dream, with anything Disney. The store was in disarray when I visited but the worker where trying to get the store back in order while helping customers. The items are a little pricey but hey it’s the Disney store so you have to except that.
