I have been going to Kannan from Shipaholic Plus for many years. I do a lot of internet shipping, and whenever I have to go international I come here. Always friendly and a quick in and out.

I’ve gone here three times and each time has been an VERY unpleasant experience. The owner doesn’t seem to care much about customers, as the last time I was here he was on the phone the entire time and just used hand motions to «tell» me what to do with my box… didn’t say ONE WORD to me. I left wishing I had just taken my stuff to another place of business where they actually appreciate me as a customer. This is a relatively new location and this is how they treat new customers? Really? Nothing against Shipaholic Plus as a franchise but this particular owner lacks any amount of personality, courteousness, or professionalism. Normally, I give people the benefit of the doubt and avoid complaining, but this is the third (and last) time I’ve visited this facility and had a bad experience… three times and you’re out! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone simply because of the owner. In short, he leaves a lot to be desired on the customer service side… BIG mistake in this economy.

They do a great job packing!!! I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and he cuts the boxes down to save you money. You get an email when delivered. I have sent over 100 items and everyone on eBay loves how nice it is wrapped and never broke an item

AND NOW by looking at their website I see they’re and EBAY Shipping and Consignment Shop! DUDE! I’m going to start cleaning out the attic to make some $$$
