Bought several pieces of jewelry from here and they added extended warranties for all these inexpensive pieces without my consent or knowledge. Luckily, I questioned the charges before they went through at which point the salesgirl nonchalantly went over all these charges she added that I didn’t authorize. I then pulled out a chain I bought and proceeded to transfer my charms to the new chain when the clasp came off. It fell right on the counter. I turned to the manager and told him. He then had the nerve to turn to me and tell me that I should have gotten the extended warranty. Are you serious? In any case he did give me a new chain right away with no problems. I think instead of trying to charge people for extended warranties they need to work a little harder on the quality of their jewelry and definitely not charge you for things they have not gotten your authorization to add.
