Food is good the staff to me isn’t. I always love Panda Express food but the New Jersey one is the one I always went to this one is alittle different to me. First off they don’t like customers that’s one as a Unilocaler I always look to see how they relate with customer service. They always give samples but try to rush you off the line most of the front staff don’t speak English well so it’s hard for them to understand what you are saying to them. Hiring process with panda is they hire friends and family and regular employees they slave in the front to hope they can communicate better with the people so I feel that is wrong, they don’t treat the workers well and neither with customers. I give this place 3 stars cause the food is good and they’re clean here. But customer service wise is never good to me here if you really just want a fast meal and want to talk less to the employee this is the spot for you.

I’ll be generous and give a bonus star because of the incredible customer service. We were offered to try a sample of whatever entrée before choosing it, which is definitely a plus. I don’t know what I was thinking when I didn’t walk away after trying a sample. I guess the sample piece tasted good. So I decided to go with a plate(two entrees and a side). I got orange chicken, beijing beef, and chow mein. I thought the portions were pretty good for the price. But once I took a bite, I was instantly disappointed. The meat tasted artificial, and that bite was the moment I knew I fucked up. All in all, this is definitely your typical fast food, but in my opinion, it is at a lower quality. I do not recommend coming here, even if you like pandas.

Best food court Chinese food around. I buy their sauces they are so good. The only thing they don’t have is those Lil duck sauce packets. I drive an hour for their orange chicken n rice!

The Honey Walnut Shrimp looked so good, so I just had to try it. And it tasted as good as it looked. It was delicious. They’re very expensive though. All of their combos come with 2 entrees, and because I only wanted 1 entrée, I ordered the«bowl» size which is their smallest size. It costs $ 1.25 extra for the shrimp, so my small dish came out to $ 8.

was craving chinese today and just noticed a panda express opened up at the mall, and i was so excited! as i approached the window to see what they had, the first server greeted me and was so sweet and friendly!!! shes like try the shrimp its so good and she gave me a sample and man it was DELICIOUS!!! what nice service! i was like ill take it! with rice and got the orange chicken as well! they were all so courteous and nice and portions were perfect i was actually full after some bites couldnt even finish it! i have to say this is the best(americanized) chinese food/takeout i have ever had!!! i am definitely coming back here when i crave some! the hot sauce or chilli sauce that u ask for on the side was good too it was like the texture of sriracha but not too overly spicy or garlicy, loved every bite! i highly recommend the honey shrimp! AMAZING!!!

Good and fast. First Panda Express I found in east coast. So close to my place. Lots of people waiting in line. Food was nice and clean, not greasy. Servers are friendly. Great food selection. You had to pay extra money to get drinks. After you paid you will get a yummmmy fortune cookie!

Wow a Panda Express so close to home ! It’s one of the newest restaurants to open in the Queens Center Mall. It’s great to see a new option after shopping or just if you happen to be in the area. Panda Express tries to differentiate themselves by offering special entrees like honey walnut shrimp. It’s like eating«gourmet fast food». Unsure what to order? Feel free to ask for a sample and they will most likely give you one unless it’s one of their specials. The specials cost a buck or two extra, just be sure to read the«+$» on the sign that shows the name of the entrée. We ordered a mixed noodles with vegetables and the honey walnut shrimp and it was enough to feed two people.
