Where do I start, well I would never recommend this place to anyone with how bad n rude the customer service is. From the sales guy to the finance guy to the big boss himself. The car I bought transmission fail in a few month of purchase. Beside the garbage cars they have, these ppl are just scammer n money hungry. Will never do business with again. I’m surprise there not shut down with the lack of customer service n bad attitude n garbage cars they have … I’m speechless n have no more to say

I bought my wife a Lexus GX470, had been looking for a while online. All the lowest prices I found with low miles where all in Texas for some reason. A friend of mine told me to call Andy at Lucky Motors. Within a week they got the truck I wanted even the specific exterior and interior colors I asked for. They threw in mats from weathertec for me cause they heard we had a baby girl. Class act all the way. Oh yeah I got 3 set of keys which is a worth a grand alone. I do not wish to do business with a company that threatens us with a lawsuit for slander because I published a negative review on Unilocal pertaining to our car-​buying experience through them. You should also be sure to check out their «not recommended» reviews. We are definitely not even CLOSE to the only ones.

Do not buy from them without taking the car to another location and looked over. We bought an Audi S4 in November 2013 — it is now May 2014 — we have put only 2k Miles on it — Now the transmisson is having to be replaced — good thing we got the extended warranty because the repair cost is over $ 10,000. This is before Audi starts the tear down and finds anything else — but the dealership said if the car had been checked the transmission problem would have been found early on — before we got the car. We went there on a reference from a friend — who also purchased a car there and also has had problems

I have owned a few luxury vehicles and, needless to say, I’m relatively familiar with the car buying experience; especially when it comes to a used car dealership such as Lucky Motors. And yes, I have high expectations (as we all should!)… As a ‘customer’, I require that I be treated fairly, kindly, and with respect. If you choose to act snobby, sleazy, rude– believe that I’ll take my money and business elsewhere (and believe, I have!). However, I didn’t have this issue at Lucky. I recently decided it was time for an upgrade from my A4 and searched the web for something newer and larger. Throughout the week, I viewed a few SUVs at other Chicagoland dealerships… I wasn’t thrilled with neither their product nor customer service. I finally called Lucky about a Range Rover Sport that caught my eye and came in the next day to check it out. After a few hours I ended up buying the car and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! However, this is not completely about the car. My entire experience with Lucky was great! From my initial phone conversation with Mike, who was obviously very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions (huge list!) instead of averting them and doing everything in his power to drag me into the store… to Rachael who wrapped up my financing… to the porter who touched up the car before I got to drive off with it.
Bottom line, I got everything that I asked for: an awesome car, great customer service, good value for my trade-​in, and all without the typical sleazy high-​pressure sales tactics which I’ve seen elsewhere (just stop it! We see right through that!).

It has now been 2 years since I purchased my car and I recently found out that Lucky Motors fraudulently sold me a car with a branded title after my service contract denied me coverage. To date, I have spent almost $ 50,000 fixing my car and now I am in the process of a huge lawsuit against Lucky Motors because they have been caught forging Carfax reports and neglecting to disclose information about the branded titles for cars they sell. DON’T EVER BUY A CAR HERE

STAY AWAY! My husband and I bought a Bentley from these people and the following month the car started to sagged down on from one side. Their Mechanic «took» care of the issue and charged us over and over again for the same reoccurring problem! We got fed up and took it to the Bentley Dealership only to learn the Bentley had AUDI parts in it! We have paid over 10,000 dollars in fixing the car and all I can remember is when the owner stressed how top rated they were. Yeah RIGHT! STAY AWAY FROM LUCKY MOTORS!

I’ve never gotten around to writing my review about these guys but I really liked them. I worked with Dan and Rachel and they wereboth really nice. I got my charger from here and it was the easiest car buying experience of my life! I’ve dealt with some pretty nasty car salesman but he actually made this such a painless process. Even getting the loan from the bank went smoothly. I’ve driven my car from Chicago to Cali and vise versa and it’s still runnin strong. Thanks guys, I really do appreciate all your help!

Like the others here I was taken as well. I purchased a Mini CooperS in April of 2012. I was promised a new radio and owners manual and so far no such luck. The radio is broken and has never worked.
However, this is the least of my problems, exactly 90 days after purchasing the car my engine ceased up. I was driving with my two young children on the highway about an hour from home. Needless to say, the dealership took no responsibility. The Mini dealership coudln’t fix it either because it was no under warranty. Thousands of dollars later, the motor on my car and several other parts under the hood have been fixed and it is running.
The Mini dealership told me that it also has the wrong type of tires on it and that the brakes are metal to metal. I found an ID badge from the previous owner under the driver seat who lives in FL where the car came from. Contacted her only to find out that the car had water damage due to a storm, they knew this infomation but sold me the car anyway.
I still call and eMail this dealership about the radio and owner’s manual but they won’t return my calls/​eMails. Do not go here!!!

I had a terrible shopping experience at this place.
First of all, I was a very serious buyer. After leaving this place I bought a very sumilar car at a different place the same day.
The issues that I had were several — first of all, the people here have a terrible attitude. When I went to drive a car here, they thought they were doing me a favor by allowing me to test drive the car I was interested in.
Second, they tried to get me to agree to a specific purchase price before I even drove the car!!! Their attitude was, if you don’t agree to this price, you are wasting my time. This came from both my salesperson and the GM of the place. The car was overpriced by about 5% compared to exact same year, make and model available on
and autotrader. Ridiculous.
Third, they really tried to lowball my trade in. They made up a bunch of issues to justify a low value, but then I had my car checked out by a different mechanic and it became clear that they were making stuff up.
Strongly suggest you stay away from this place, it is very sketchy. It encapsulates the stereotype of the used car salesman. Because most of their business is online, they don’t seem to care about the local customers.
