I needed legal advice and Joerg Seifert took my call and he listened to my lengthy problem. He was never ignorant to me, never interrupted me, extremely helpful. I also took a ride to his office unannounced, he was busy on the phone, but again very, very helpful, caring. we need more People in the world like Joerg Seifert. I believe when you work for the Public a person should be Caring, Friendly, Respectful. Joerg was all those and more ! I offered money, he refused. Very Nice guy.
