Joe Gentile’s Service Center

In an industry where I feel everyone is out to take advantage of the people with less car knowledge; I have never felt safer with car decisions when I take my car to Gentile’s.
They give an honest evaluation of your vehicle condition/​problems (without making up more problems), try to find the best replacement parts for you vehicle, install the parts without needing to go back multiple times, perform any work in a timely fashion, patience with those less knowledgeable… everything I would expect from a car mechanic.
One quick example, my family and I have gone here multiple times, on one occasion I took my car here because I did not think it was starting correctly. They held it for a few days to try to diagnose any problem (s), found nothing wrong (did not make something up), and charged me nothing.

I have never met more helpful people. They are extremely personable and don’t try to weasel you with any bogus things wrong with your car — very honest and repjtsble! Such great service!

Very helpful folks! Very professional too! They knew MORE about my Ford than the damn Ford dealership! Heck they even did a few things for me and didnt charge me. Thanks guys! :)

This is such a great shop. For over ten years Ive been taking my cars here. I have few complaints if any and the couple I may have had were addressed immediately and fixed.
I have recommended this shop to many friends and they have all been happy with the service.

I’ve been using Joe Gentile’s service garage for about 7 years, I tell Joe the problem and leave the car. They diagnose the problem and call me with the quote. They stick with the price I was quoted, never had a problem. If you need a local pick up or a ride to the shop, they’ll give you a courtesy ride. On one of my cars I had a severe transmission problem, they were honest and recommended a Transmission shop around the corner that only does that type of work. No charge for looking at it. I had many positive experiences here over the years. Old cars need regular upkeep, if you don’t put money in them– you walk.
