Purchased a 2015 Can Am Spyder RT-​S from this dealer and I must say I am impressed. I purchased from California and used the free shipping. Initially uncomfortable but found Jason Batory was there every step of the way. The business has some very positive google reviews, and some on the company website. I went ahead and made the purchase inspite of being a distant buyer. iMotorsports delivered! Even went so far as to send me a new wheel/​tire combination due to having been delivered with small blem on one of the wheels. Amazing experience with all aspects of the purchase. Definitely recommend! Thanks to Jason for the excellence and integrity!

My fiancé fell in love with a Boulevard from here. Eric and the staff were amazing in helping me make this purchase. Thanks to them I was able to buy the bike and have it delivered to the restaurant where we we’re having his birthday dinner. This surprise was the best ever. Thanks guys! I will be back when I am ready for a new rocket!

First off, I love my bike. I bought a 2005 Honda 1100 Spirit. I think the price was okay. It was about average and comparable to other sellers. It was a little bit above KBB price but I’m ok with that. Getting my bike out of the shop was a little tricky. Denis was the guy that sold me the bike and told me that they are doing a 50 point inspection on it and will give me the checklist. Make sure every nook and cranny are checked and «safe» to ride once I pick it up. They initially missed the first deadline that they told me the bike was gonna be ready. So told me to pick it up the next week and so I did, but once I got there, the bike was outside and not even washed yet. I waited 15 – 20 mins for the service guy to wash the bike. I’m thinking that 50 point inspection was a little bs. Once they finally hand me the bike, Denis went over few facts about it and handed me the keys and off I go. I was happy and excited. Until I noticed that my speedometer needle wasn’t moving. I pull over and I see that the speedo cable is damaged. So much for the 50 point inspection and I never got the inspection «checklist» he promised. I called Denis two days after the pickup and I told him the issue. He immediately directed me to service associate but I figured I don’t wanna deal with dropping my bike off and waiting another week or two for them to order and install a speedo cable because they’re so backed up so I hung up. Never got a call back or even a quick check up to see how my bike is doing. And they expect me to give a nice review.
This is a nice and honest review. I’m only giving them 2 stars for not following up with their customers, meeting deadlines and letting a customer walk out without the checklist and a broken speedometer cable. Sure my bike was used but should still get the same treatment as other products they sell.

Got preapproved for financing (although I had to call a week later to find out what happened since no one called back). Was looking to work a deal on a bike but the next day it was sold or put on hold. That’s fine, but I was never told of another pending offer.
I would have looked elsewhere and not have gone through the preapproval (which a credit report is pulled and DOES affect your credit score) if I was told another party was interested in the bike.

I bought my bike a whilte ago and gave reviewing this place some time to see if my bike would hold up and it has with alot of maintenance.
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because their sales team is great! The people were friendly and helpful. Kenny helped me pick the PERFECT bike for me so I’m happy about that. The price I paid was decent.
BUT onto the service center. When I got the bike it seemed to run really hot temperatures so I basically had to do a lot of service on the bike myself through months and months to get the running temp down. I flushed and changed the coolant, changed the oil, adjusted the chain which was VERY loose, lubed the chain, and washed it down properly. It was A LOT for a biker beginner to learn and go through though in a way I did want to learn motorcycle maintenance I didn’t think it would be because I NEEDED to.

Bought a bike here filled out the pre approval app on there website next day salesmen Jason called me back with options on a bike so i decided to stop by after seeing a few on there website i liked went in got on a few for the feel liked a cbr600 they had for a good price low miles took about a hour and i left owning a new bike they even delivered the bike to my garage free of charge will definetly be back soon.

Just stopped by here for the first time yesterday. There’s a bunch of good people here, everyone was helpful and friendly. It felt just like i was hanging out w/​my motorcycle buddies. The Labor price seemed fair, parts are well priced. And I’m no expert, but the used bike prices seemed good as well. everything from dirt cheap bikes to nearly brand new. I’ll be returning soon.

Staff was friendly showed us around was not too pushy on sales like some dealers I stopped in. Cool shop. Have a ton of used bikes in stock like 50+.

I heard about iMotorsports for the first time from a friend so I went to their store to check out some bikes. I saw some VERY good deals that outmatched all of the other motorcycle retail shops in my area and decided to buy a 2002 Yamaha R6. The purchase process and financing process took about 30 minutes if not less where Nick S helped me finance my new bike and got the bike ready for me (new tires, checked to make sure the bike was fully operational). I was very impressed with this dealership’s services and how fast and easy they got things done. I recommended this dealer to all of my friends which are currently purchasing motorcycles from iMotorsports themselves. I would recommend this retail store to any motorcycle enthusiast as you WILL NOT find better service as is provided by iMotorsports. Thanks for all the help Nick!
