Eh, pretty underwhelming, but it is green/​gray space in an area that needs it. Good number of basketball and handball courts.

I see stupid idiots using needles/​lancets/​trips here for their diabetes testing and throw it on the floor where the kids play. I’ve seen homeless people just sleep on the middle of the park.
I wish someone would clean it!

Nice park across from Elmhurst hospital.
They have handball courts, basketball courts and a large play area with safety matts, swings, climbing structures and sprinkler fountains. It is a nice place to sit outside under trees and relax just a little in between work for lunch.
There are a few carts around selling hot dogs, shish kabobs, and flavored ices. If you see someone with a lot of large coolers around him/​her just sitting around on the benches, then you might get a tamale for $ 2.00 or a water bottle for $ 1.00. It helps to speak Spanish. They really don’t have a permit like the cart people, but they still try to take an opportunity in America.
