I went there a few months ago for Plantar Facsciitis. Dr Frankel was very nice but his facility is dated to say the least. I waited 2 months for custom $ 500 orthodics, only to call and find out they were never ordered.
So I cancelled my order but have been receiving bills for 4 MONTHS! I never even received the orthodontics! After 7 calls to the office, each time them saying I should not be getting billed, I am STILL receiving bills monthly.
This is a nightmare dealing with his staff.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr. Frankel has performed in ankle surgeries on me and taken care of other foot issues I’ve had all the way back to 1990. He is compassionate, educated and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Turf has also seen me a couple times when Dr. Frankel wasn’t in the office and I needed to be seen asap. I would recommend them to everyone!

Dr Frankel and Dr Turf are great Doctors… They have bin taken care off my Familys feet, being for orthotics, surgery on wifes feet, my kids orthotics, mine, my mothers since for the past 40 years, Much skill and experience here… I live in the south suburbs Chicagoridge and there are many around here, BUT IT IS WORTH THE TRIP TO ELMHURST… to get there work… also the staff is so very nice all the time. THIS IS HOW A PRACTICE SHOULD RUN… Ralph W
