These guys are also known as Abra, so it may be a little difficult to find them here. I was directed to them by the insurance company of the idiot that hit me (Liberty Mutual). Fortunately, Liberty Mutual and Abra (i.e. Collision Centers of America) did an incredible job restoring my car to its former glory!
The folks that work here are exceptionally helpful and understanding of the challenge getting your car fixed can be. They actually seem to care that you are satisfied — and my experience with insurance and auto repair companies has shown that this is a rare quality, indeed!
It is a scary proposition to get into an accident, and then have to work with insurance companies and all that to resolve everything. The folks at Collision Centers of America do all that they can to make it a little bit easier on you. Highly, highly recommended!

You’re never having a good day when you need a collision repair service, so the whole ordeal of insurance, estimates, car rentals, repairs… it’s all a drag. It was nice that my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) directed me here as a preferred provider for collision repair services.
My insurance company emailed me their phone number, I called, and they set up an appointment to get an estimate. That appointment took about 30 minutes, and then another appointment was set up to drop my car off for a few days to do the repairs. When I dropped off my car on Monday morning they called the rental car shop to have them send someone to pick me up. There would have been a bit of a wait, so they offered to drop me off to get my rental car because it was quicker than waiting for Enterprise to «pick you up». That was very thoughtful and it helped my day get off to a good start.
I received update phone calls throughout the week, and even though it took a little longer than they had anticipated, I didn’t mind because the insurance company covered the rental car.
There is always an issue dropping off the rental car and then getting over to the shop to pick up the car. Not here! Since they work with my insurance company they could use their own courier to drop the rental off for me. It was a relief to work with such a professional business that did great quality work on my vehicle.
While I don’t hope to have to see them again, if I do get in to another accident, I will feel very comfortable coming back. Thank you!
