I went in here to recolor my hair since it had turned a nasty green color and wanted it to be a blondish color. They successfully did that (not as bright as I wanted it to be) but the man who was doing my hair was just awful. There is no delicacy or smoothness at all. He was absolutely rough with me hair and I absolutely hate it.
I asked for the bleach, which was $ 20 and understandable but charged me another $ 20 to add another layer of bleach that resulted in the same color as before.
However, the only nice thing that I enjoyed was the very long head massage as one of the Chinese lady washed my hair. I left $ 5 tip to her even though that was the only thing she did and $ 3 to the man who I now regret giving because he deserved $ 1.

She has great technique in blow drying and flat ironing. She does the Keratin and Japanese straightening treatments, hair coloring and etc. Please tip these guys generously. The prices are competitively low and they do a wonderful job. I have seen cranky angry women leave transformed into all smiles! Make sure you talk prices first.
