We help you compete for top dollar and quicker sale of your home. We work closely with many realtors and have a deep understanding of the importance of having the best looking house possible.

We also do color consultations to help with those tough decisions. We have a valuable list of qualified contractors to help with painting, repairs, and upgrades.

History

Established in 2000.

Started as a spinoff of The Gilded Edge, Frames & Gallery in 2000, to help families get their homes in order to list for sale. We have worked with realtors to establish «move-​in conditions» for the buyers. Statistics show that staged homes sell more quickly and for more money than non-​staged homes.

As the owner of a premier art gallery and frame shop, I have worked with Builders and Interior Designers for years on model homes and private residences. Fifteen or so years ago I started helping friends and relatives prepare their homes to go on the market. I believe that people want thier homes to reflect their own personal tastes, which is what interior designers do so well. When families are buying now they want to see homes that they can easily adjust to fit their own lifestyle, furniture and tastes. By «staging» we take away the personal flavor of the sellers and leave the space neat, clean, and furnished so the buyers can imagine their own belongings in the space. We want to hear the potential buyers say «Wow, I could move in here tomorrow». We want to emphasize the architectural features of the home, not what’s in it. We want the buyers to focus on the house, not the colors or furniture or flaws. We make recommendations to the sellers to correct any flaws before listing
