We have the same advanced hardware and software as the large national companies that charge $ 1500.00 or more to retrieve your vital files, photos, and anything else of value to you on your hard drive. This includes a PC3000 (without a doubt the most powerful tool in the data recovery industry), Deepspar Disk Imager, clean room bench, etc., and advanced technical support if needed. We are a CDRE (Certified Data Recovery Expert) company. We have 30 years experience in the IT industry.

Unlike some companies, we offer free estimates and we will not charge you if we can’t get your data back. We have a standard fee of $ 375 for logical data recovery. If there is a physical problem (heads, PCB, etc.) the total charge will be $ 400-​$ 600 plus parts (if needed). We can provide local pickup if you are within a reasonable distance of Ellicott City.

History

Established in 2011.

After 25 years in the IT industry working on many different types of hard drives, I decided to start my own data recovery company four years ago. To date, SCS has done over 400 successful recoveries. This includes millions of photos and other important customer data. SCS has recovered vital files for 14 small businesses that otherwise would have lost all of their financial data. All of the work is done in Ellicott City except for the occasional emergency case.

After working for over 25 years on various equipment, including high-​end disk arrays (Hitachi, 3Par, Compellent, etc.), I decided to start my own data recovery company. I have had over 400 successful recoveries and having the best data recovery hardware in the world (PC3000) gives me a very good shot at getting my customer’s data back. I enjoy data recovery so much I would do it as a hobby if it wasn’t my business. I also enjoy trivia and golf.
