Colleen is a great attorney. She possesses an understanding of the law and experience with regard to issues stemming from health and medication complications and their impacts on a person’s behavior. For me, this resulted in a favorable outcome. I highly recommend her.

I hired Colleen Kirby (of Price Benowitz LLP) as my attorney in 2013 after interviewing four other lawyers. She was the best. After I had filed an assault charge against someone else, I hired her to defend against a false counter charge (second degree assault, a misdemeanor). The charge was ultimately dropped (i.e., nolle prosequi). She was very friendly, professional, and sympathetic, but also very knowledgeable of the law and experienced (having also previously worked on the prosecution side). She is a pleasure to work with and very accessible. I *would* hire her again, though I hope to never be in need of her services again since she strictly deals with criminal law.
