Clean As A Whistle

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Clean as a Whistle. I selected the company based on their quality rating in Consumer Checkbook. I needed a move-​in/​move-​out cleaning of my rental property.
I discussed the cleaning with Lynn and she estimated that 2 people for 2 hours would be sufficient to clean thoroughly, specifically including appliances, cabinets and French doors.
I arrived at the condo at about 6:00pm and the cleaners were still there, despite having been scheduled for 2pm. They had only worked on the kitchen, so I assumed they had just arrived, but when I asked they said they’d been there for «awhile». I specifically asked if they thought they would need more time but they assured me that they would be able to finish.
When I returned to the condo the following day I was dismayed to say the least. It looked like they spent all their time cleaning 2 appliances. The refrigerator and stove looked great. However, many other things that I consider to be standard in a thorough cleaning were not done including:
Kitchen floors
Kitchen counters
Guest bathroom floor
Guest bath toilet
Baseboards
Mantle (dusting)
In addition, items that had specifically been discussed were not done:
Glass doors
Kitchen cabinets — at the very least they could have wiped down the obvious drips/​dirt
I did call and left a polite message describing the issues I experienced, but did not receive a call back.
