Bode Floors

We are three time repeat customers of Bode Floors. We have used them for carpeting, laminate and wood flooring. When we were looking for wood floors this summer, I got estimates from several other flooring companies, just to do my research. I was presented with an overwhelming number of choices, but none in my price range or preferred color. I returned to Bode and immediately found the wood species and color that I was looking for. They make the selection process so easy. Their in stock selections are high quality and very reasonable. I ended up upgrading, but still came in below the other estimates. Their salespeople are great to work with and very accomodating. The installation scheduling and work is excellent. I would recommend Bode to anyone, and I will not waste my time in the future getting other estmates.

Went here on a recommendation from my folks. My wife and I were looking for carpet for our house. We didn’t want to get anything outrageous, just something for the next 10 years or so. We worked with the same salesman, Bill, as my folks did and he was very good. He is very knowledgeable about his products and very willing to work with you to fit you with a good product at a good price. What I liked best was the price they gave you was the price you sign for. I got 4 other estimates from a mix of box stores and local stores and the price each provided kept fluctuating.
My install was last Friday and besides one hitch, which was remedied quickly, I am very happy. The carpet looks great. The installers were clean, efficient and courteous. I already recommended Bill to a co-​worker and he has since bought carpet from them.

An update about my previous review listed below. While talking with my girlfriend, she told me that the same salesman had told her that the policy to not reset the toilet had just changed. She had her floors done a couple of years before mine had. So, the salesman, Allen, just out right lied to me. I don’t want to do business with a company that has no problem lying to it’s customers.
I had this company do laminate, carpeting and ceramic tile in my home. Their price was slightly above other quotes, but I went with them because someone else had them do some floors and came out satisfied.
However, I became disatisfied when they did the ceramic tiles and did not reset the toilet. I was not told they wouldn’t do this and had to find a plumber to do it. This greatly added to the cost and caused me more inconvenience since I was leaving town in a couple of days. The threshold for a room is also too high and they wouldn’t have known this because they did not put the door back on either. The sales person said he was not aware of their not resetting toilets anymore until after he made the sale with me. He said he would do whatever it took to make my satisfaction 100%. I have not heard back from him since.
