About Faces Caricatures & Entertainment

I recently booked two caricature artists for an event in Atlanta, Georgia and was very impressed both with About Faces and the caricature artists. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved their caricatures and the service from About Faces was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I’m a party planner and these guys helped us out when we were in a bind because our regular artist wasn’t available. They send us a great artist who was on time, dressed nicely, and was quick. The employees are very responsive and answered all our questions. All in all it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely use them again.

We used About Faces for the first time for our Fall Fest event. We hired a Caricature Artist. I was particularly nervous because of hiring and paying for a service before rendered, and not knowing what to expect.
Our Caricature artist was a big hit and even stayed a bit late to make sure everyone got a sketch. We will be hiring him (and will specifically request him) again next year, and this time, with confidence. We are also very appreciative of the companies bend on their no rain date policy.

I booked a Caricature Artist from About Faces for our clubs event online. They responded quickly and we were able to book the artist with little drama. I DID have to call and make sure they received our check on time and I also had to ask WHO they were sending which it would have been helpful if they had verified that information with me with out asking for it.
The day of the event I did not get a call from the artist as I had requested so I was beginning to worry. Fortunately «Ramon» got lost on the way over and called for directions so I knew he would soon be there. He showed up early and did a great job, he is a very talented artist. Our group had a great time and I was glad to see he was able to put up with us as we can be a hand full. Exactly 2 hours later he let me know he was leaving, we were able to squeeze one more drawing out of him and he left.
My only real concern about the experience was communication. If you have ever put together any kind of event you know that things don’t work smoothly and it would have been helpful for the «office» to keep in touch and follow up with me. I had to confirm they got our check which at first they said they did not, thankfully I had verification of it’s delivery. Due to the lack of communication I really did not know if we would have an artist show up! I had questions for him regarding drawing certain individuals, and just a bunch of questions in general.
If I am able to find a reason to hire another artist through About Faces I probably will but for someone that has not done events before I am not sure if I would suggest it only because you do not have choices in who they send, no communication and you have to do all the verifying and running around.
I had previously done my homework with the artist from this company so I was happy with who they sent me but I was not really given a choice honestly.

Manny worked an eight year old birthday party, with nearly 100 people, half of which were children. Everyone commented about how amazing the experience was. Manny was personable, great with the parents and children, and extremely talented. We would recommend him again without hesitation.

I used this company for a caricature for my family reunion and I thought it was okay, not at all what I expected. The artist had a unique way of capturing people and by unique I mean they all look angry and/​or sad. Would I use this company again? Probably not since I am sure I can find someone else locally through networking who will provide better service for the money.

We used several people from About Faces for a company party. 2 Caricature Artists, a Balloon Twister, Magician and a fortune teller. All were stellar! Arrived on time, did great work, and entertained the crowd. Really I couldn’t have asked for anything better!
