Staff are super nice & very efficient. They have the ability to accomodate many different needs: no dairy, low-carb, no meat, gluten-free etc. The nutritional break-down for everything they serve is posted prominently. This is quite a surprise for a burger joint. The place is clean and they are open later than most food establishments in Ellensburg.

I had come through here on their opening weekend a few months ago, and then now coming thru a few weeks ago. Staff is great, they get things done in a timely manner. My orders were correct, and fresh. They weren’t flustered, even with the massive amounts of people they were serving(opening weekend and then there was a soccer team that came in when I was in). We don’t live in Ellensburg but I wish the Carl’s Jr in Renton could take a few notes from this location.

I finally ate at Carl’s Jr’s. The only critic I have is the customer service. There was not one person in the establishment except my family. We waited a few minutes before getting waited on, the employees knew we were there. Loved the food, lots of menu choices. I wish we had more of you in the Tacoma area.

Easily the best fast food in Ellensburg. While I went to college there I got to meet the owner, Paul, hes a really nice guy and his staff works hard.

Ahh, the place of the revolving menu. I wish Carls still offered the Bourbon Bacon BBQ burger, I would eat there more. Lately my burgers have been sloppy(and not in the good way). PS: Hate your commercials, your going downhill, so take away another star.

Kind of wished we had more Carl’s Jr’s around the Puget Sound, I can only think of one that’s in Tacoma. So whenever I have to drive over to Eastern WA to visit some family I have found myself making a stop here. It’s easy to find, offers good food choices and serves large portions. I’ve been to Carl’s Jr before but usually out of state so it’s nice to come to this location for a change, especially if I’m in the area. They have your standard fast food burger and fries but also offer Mexican fast food items too. I have only tried their taquitos and breakfast burritos so far and both have been good, «fast food good» of course. Their burgers and fries are good too, big olé burgers and quite a few choices to choose from. This location is clean and new and the workers are friendly. I’ve only been here a few times but it’s been consistently a nice experience. Some of my favorites are the bacon burgers and the breakfast biscuit sandwiches, and I usually have a hard time narrowing down my order since there’s a lot of items offered here.

What a difference a shift manager makes. I visited this location about a week apart. The first visit, the establishment was spotless and the staff was very friendly and attentive(see review from 12⁄23). This visit was at 1:30 in the afternoon a couple of days after Christmas. The dining room was about 1⁄3 full with almost no line at the counter. 100% of the tables were dirty, the floors were dirty with food scraps/crumbs or debris, the bathrooms needed attention. While we were eating, a couple of people started cleaning up the tables. The staff acted with indifference towards us or others. Once again, I ordered the«All Natural Burger». It is the best fast food burger that you can get! My wife also enjoyed once, and agrees. 5 stars for the burger.

This is our go to place when we have nothing to do and its cold out. The play space is clean, the food is good and the service is friendly.

Love me some Carl’s Jr. Mile High Burger is great! If you happen to be low carb, they can wrap anything for you and have BIG burgers available.

Good food and fast friendly service. We dined in. I had a jalepeno thick burger and she had a famous star with cheese. The restaurant was clean and decently stocked.

When McDonalds remodeled, they took out the play area. If you have, or are visiting with people with young kids, Carl’s Jr has a kids area that will make your kids happy. There are no balls in a play pin, but more of a jungle gym type set up with things to climb on, spin on, ect. I suppose this is also good because it is much easier to clean and keeps kids more active. The service from Carl’s Jr was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. They have a nice menu selection from«Green Burrito» as well so you can get some healthier options. I had grilled chicken«wraps» with baked chips, much better then greasy fried food. A combo meal will cost you about $ 8.00 with tax, so menu prices are clearly lower then other locations. A decent place to grab a quick lunch but nothing to write home about.

My family and I have been going to the Eburg location since they opened. It started out great but it’s going down hill quickly. The service is almost always great, but the food is getting worse over time. The portions are really small. The eggs on the breakfast sandwiches can only be compared to yellow plastic. The LOADEDOMELETBISCUIT was 80% biscuit. It was nothing like the picture or the advertisement. There was barely anything on it. Not even close to what was expected.

Difficult to find, but glad we did. Huge menu with Burgers and Fries and the Green Burrito Mexican options are good. If you can’t find anything you like here — just eat dessert for your meal!

I was really surprised. This place was recently built. My first thought was«great!!! another me-to burger joint.» NOT!!! The menu is really different and creative. They clearly have their own unique angle on fast food. Things I like. 1) Paper wrappers. Go green. 2) They issue a number and deliver to your table. 3) wireless 4) The place sparkles and has a fun theme. 5) Prices are good. Some thoughts for customers: You expect a good product. Honor a business like this by not trashing your table and generally leaving the place better than you found it.

Over the years I’ve come to love Carl’s criss cut fries When my wife and I moved to Yakima, we were disappointed to find that the chain wasn’t in the area. Finally, Ellensburg has gained one! As it’s new, the past two visits have been very busy, but their burgers are spot on. Try any variation of the Six Dollar Burger, a sure fire way to keep you coming back to this fast food chain. Their milkshakes are also above average.

Had to go check them out. It was a Saturday and they were packed! I ordered The Portobello Mushroom Six Dollar Burger and a Famous Star with Cheese. Let me first say, they are fast-food so I automatically lower my standards. I was a walk-in, to-go order. Cashier was friendly. Once I filled my drinks and got my bearings, it was under a minute to recieve my order. I ate the $ 6 burger. It was good by fast-food standards. Messy, but satisfying. Fries, okay. Mom had the Famous Star. She said it was good but couldn’t understand why it was built with the veggies on the bottom. Gotta say, the only reason I’m reviewing them is because of the speed of service. Next time I hope to try a Green Burrito option from the menu but it’s hard to see passing one of the 3 great authentic Mexican shops just blocks away.
