The location of this hotel is basically in a parking lot. We arrived at 2am and got a very nice room with our 2 dogs easily. Not much green space for the dogs but we got a great night sleep and were very pleased with the room. We paid $ 110 for a king bed and no pet fees is a plus.

In the middle of nowhere, with no attractions or any other reasons for its existence except travelers passing through, this place has the audacity to charge the same rates as hotels located in places like D. C or Baltimore! Talk about price gauging… If you’re driving through, KEEP DRIVING!

What a wonderful place. Super friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room. Lots of channels on TV. There’s a Keurig in the room! Very comfortable bed. Love that this is a pet friendly place. Location near a strip mall is a plus.

Charleston, WV
I stopped at this hotel desperate for a room after some unfortunate circumstances. The staff was so helpful. They gave me some treats for my dog (love that they are a dog friendly chain!) and asked more than once if everything was okay. The room was very clean. TV had tons of channels. It is located near a Kmart and grocery store, so you don’t have to go far to get food, booze, or other necessities. La Quinta is super underrated. This one is a gem. Thank you for being there in my time of need at a reasonable price!

Opining night just happened to stop on our way to Washington D.C. The employees are still learning the new system and they were still a better staff than most other hotels we have stayed at. The facility use to be a Country Inn, but is newly renovated with all new beds and appliances. I got to say this is one of the better stays I have had in a hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
