History

Established in 1994.

Constable Construction Inc Started building entry level spec homes in Massanutten Village in Rockingham county in 1994.

We offered an affordable Quality home with features not typically found in the enrty level market. A little bit of hardwood, tile flooring and two tone standard paint package helped us stay very busy.

One project soon turned into three.

Custom work contracts also became a big part of our business.

We have built homes and light commercial buildings throughout Rocknigham and surrounding counties.

One of Our recently completed Project is The duplex villas in Crossroads Farm. We completed two streets of custom duplexes since The development opened in 2004. Currently we are contracting for custom homes, remodels, additions and major repairs.
