Dr. Refino is one of the best! She knows her stuff and treats everyone as if they were her own child. With that said this review is based on the staff and not Dr. Refino. The staff in this office are always depressed or just wear faces that scream «I hate my life.» They are rude, lazy, slow and incredibly unknowledgeable. Even the older woman that has been there for years (short blondish bob haircut) she is the worst. I always have my fingers crossed that she doesn’t answer the phone because the sound of her voice just tells you that she doesn’t care if you choke, cry or die. The staff is usually awful, but then again I only go there to see Dr. Refino.
