This is a quality company that I highly recommend. My gas fireplace had stopped working. Woodburners and Michael & Son had been out to service it and determined I needed a new gas valve (a $ 900 part). When I concluded I might as well buy a new fireplace I reached out to Beth Green at Fireside. As a sales agent Beth could have easily steered me towards a costly purchase but she said «we’re certified service and repair for your brand of fireplace, why don’t we send out a service tech?» The service tech came out and within a minute had my fireplace operational again. The problem? Dead spiders in a gas return line. Apparently you should run your gas fireplace for ten minutes one a month during the summer to keep them from nesting there. For $ 175 I have a fireplace again. Thanks Fireside!
