Since 1987 Owner Eric Partridge has worked on construction projects in North Alabama and Southern Tennessee ranging from light residential to larger commercial and has developed a unique set of skills to assist customers in designing and building their own project. Business Owner

Eric spent his childhood on construction job sites and developed a love and a passion for good quality construction. He has a vast amount of experience in residential as well as commercial construction and has worked in all capacities of construction. He started out as a teenager working as a carpenter’s helper and soon worked his way to carpenter. He enjoyed the challenges of commercial construction, so he went on to work on steel crews, worked as draftsman, jobsite superintendant, and project manager. He still has a love and passion for good quality construction and enjoys helping his customers design and often times build their own custom home.
