This is a young company with old fashion business ethics.
I have a home with three heat pumps. The equipment aged and they gave me
options explaining the risk and reward. They replaced the second heat pump of the aged three in the home and I can tell you the following.
PRICE IS RIGHT
SERVICE IS EXCELLENT

We had an unexpected AC emergency today. I phoned Pinnacle on a recommendation from family. Justin arrived same day I phoned for help. He communicated well, discovered problem quickly and got us up and cooling shortly there-​after. We will phone Pinnacle should we ever need their help again.
