This is not really a bad review, just a statement of facts. I contacted them about a particular kitten I wanted for my adult daughter as a gift. I got a timely response and was told there were two applications ahead of ours. Then K. called me. I asked if the kitten was still available and she said she didn’t know. That was handled by someone else. My first thought was, you knew that’s the cat we were interested in, so why would you not know it’s availability. She said because the cat would be living with my daughter she would need her information. So my daughter filled out the application. She received a phone call a few days later, answered questions. And we never heard from them again. K. told my daughter someone would call her back in two days. Never did. I emailed and asked the status, no response. So I guess while some people were happy, I’d have to agree with others that they aren’t trying very hard to place a pet. My daughter and her husband are responsible pet owners and financially stable. They continue to look for a kitten, but it won’t be from this shelter.
