History
Established in 2003.
Karin Klancnik is owner and Executive Level Organizer with over 20 years in the cleaning industry, 10 years in the Organizing industry and 5 years in volunteering as a counselor for teens. After working for a leading organization company for 4 years in the Park Ridge-Chicago area and moving to Barrington, Karin noticed a great need that was unfulfilled in the northern suburbs. «The homes are big and so is the stress and need for organizing help,» says Karin. Karin has taken what she has learned from her prior employer and turned it up a notch. Karin feels everyone deserves an executive organizer for every session. If one of her organizers is not at an executive level, she takes care of them herself.

Business Owner
«Organizing is a family effort; it’s not just a Mom’s job. One of my favorite jobs is to teach kids on how to be a better active team player in their family. I use fun, innovative ways with much praise to teach kids to do their part. I love making home life for moms more enjoyable and chaos free. Another one of my favorite ways to help in organizing is helping hoarders. I love pulling up my sleeves and just digging in. I have a great amount of empathy and sensitivity to the issue and have realized a lot of people don’t reach out for help because they are embarrassed and that’s a shame. Everyone needs help in some capacity or another, so who are we to judge. It can be so debilitating where they don’t know where to start. It is the most rewarding job to see people freed from their stuff and get their life back! I am always amazed at the outcome and space when we are done. My vision is to get things that are not being used into the hands of people in need.»
