Service provider’s offerings include custom upholstery and drapes, cabinets and counter tops, experiential marketing, hair style and color, pedicure, manicure, therapeutic massage, holistic healing, and more. Each business is independently owned and operated, and we are working together to bring these all of these services conveniently to downtown Elkhorn.

History

Established in 2015.

Intellective Ventures, LLC is a national brand marketing firm founded by a local man. In 2012, the company transformed the town’s original First National Bank building a modern storefront, a professional office unit, and a luxury loft apartment. By the summer of 2015 he The business had completely renovated two neglected, neighboring buildings. They now include eight office suites and a rustic open-​concept salon. Using the same methods it employs for fortune 500 companies coast-​to-​coat, Intellective Ventures began forming community of like-​minded entrepreneurs. The long-​term plan for City Square Hub includes at least two more buildings on the same block to house new business.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim O.

Business Owner

Upon graduation from the University of Wisconsin, Tim relocated to Silicon Valley where he continued nearly seven years working as an Information Technology consultant. A talkative geek; he was recruited to become a technological engineering spokesman with a gradual transition into automotive marketing. His brand and product launch clients have included Nvidia, Coca Cola, Wegmans, Bubblicious, Nissan, Ford, Lincoln, Aston Martin, and McLaren Automotive. Nearly 15 years of travel with significant time spent in every major US market taught him many lessons about what a successful city might look like. He developed a strong sense of how to establish and enforce brand identity courtesy of cutting edge campaigns for a wide variety of companies. By the age of 35, having lived many years in San Francisco and New York, he was ready to put everything he had earned to good use. He moved back to Walworth County and invested his time and life’s savings into Elkhorn’s deteriorating downtown.
