We got water in our apartment, and of course, guess who came and said they’d cover our stuff up?! BDB. I came in here when they were working. Their «cover up» was a PLASTIC COVER HANGING FROM THE CEILING. We had dust EVERYWHERE. My mom and I spent around NINE OR TEN HOURS cleaning! It was so nasty in here! I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY wasting their time or money with these idiots!

They sent out an inexperienced crew to work on our basement, who in turn did the job incorrectly. It then took over a month for them to send someone out to fix what they had done wrong. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not willing to work with customers to make the situation right. They told me we should have just left our house unlocked for them to and fix the problem and that it was our decision to take off of work. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
