EXTREMELY rude! Not helpful at all. Couldn’t get anyone until five days later. Insisted on arguing with me over the phone instead of listening to what I was saying. Try calling somewhere else first.

Terrible customer service. We were told our service call would be $ 99 for the first half hour, but the bill was $ 169 and the service person was only there for 29 minutes. When I called to inquire about the unexpected charges the lady I spoke with just kept trying to circle talk me. Beware if you use their service they start billing you when they leave the last service call, so if you live 45 minutes away from their last place you will automatically be billed for those 45 mintues plus however long they are at your house. I was never told this, simply that the first half hour of the job would be $ 99. While the service person was very efficient in taking care of the plumbing issue we had we are very unsatisfied with their customer service. We will NEVER be using their services again.
