History

Established in 1992.

Dr. Rick Burns went to High School at Elkhart Central and has lived most of his life in Elkhart. He attended IU Bloomington and then finished his degree in Dentistry and Orthodontics at the IU Dental School. Dr. Rick Burns has been practicing since 1991 in Elkhart. Rick Burns Orthodontics currently has an office in Elkhart and Middlebury.
