Facility is nicer that it used to be after MiniStorage bought it. They just resealed the paved areas and it seems to be well kept up. Have not had any issues with critters.
That being said, they have a good number of units that are very difficult to access, particularly the 10×5’s. Very sharp turn and you have to either back in or back out, and it’s all but impossible if you have a trailer.
Also, watch their late fee if you are 1 day late (It’s due on the first of the month, at 12am on the second, late fee). The late fee is 33% of the total on the 5×10 units.
Unfortunately there are not very many open storage locations on the south side of the city.
I now have auto-​pay setup so just in case I’m out of town on the 1st I’ll be OK.
