Here At Bills on Benham we have a clean, casual, laid back atmosphere with awesome southern style comfort food. We smoke our meats with a combination of hardwoods like cherry, oak, and hickory. This blend gives our meats the best flavor possible. We offer the areas best smoked pulled pork and pulled chicken in Michiana. Our newest item and one that people are raving about it our Beef Brisket. We smoke our Brisket for at least 12 hours and it’s getting rave reviews from customers that are from the brisket capital of the world… TEXAS!!. We pride ourselves on offering great food at a fair price where the customer is treated right.

Catering for private parties and corporate events is also an area where Bills on Benham has you covered. Our catering menu gives you a great template to use in planning your event. The owner of Bills on Benham, William, or one of his sons is usually available to answer any questions you may have about delivery or special request. White collar, blue collar, or no collar we cater it all.

Although Bills BBQ on Benham has only been open since July of 2014 it’s owners William Lee Sr. and his wife Shannon Lee have several decades of BBQ and corporate restaurant experience between them. William Sr. started cooking barbeque with his father Alfred at the origianal Bills BBQ when we 12 yrs old back in 1983. Since then he has worked in three different BBQ restaurants his family owned and operated. Shannon’s restaurant experience stems from general managing corporate restaurants in Northeast Indiana in Lake County, St Joseph, and Elkhart Counties. In 2014 William and Shannon decided it was time for them to put their concepts and ideas into reality. Bills on Benham.
